Is breathing heavily a cardio problem?
A sportman for some time now has remarked that he is breathing heavily especially at night. Has this anything to do with the cardiovascular system.

Every year at this particular time of the season, begging of spring, the atmosphere is coming heavier due to suddenly plantation burst, so the oxygen in the air is less than any other time of year, that has as result due to exercise further aggravation to breathing system. In addition to that comes and the wetness of the atmosphere.Although that sport man's breathing problem may be come from the cardiovascular system or the lung capacity and how they work.He should check both of them.

the trigger for breathing more heavily during sport is an increase in serum CO2 (hypothalymus), pH (hypothalymus), decrease in serum O2 (coratid artery), and mechanoreceptors in the muscles. I'm not an expert on this, but it might be worth his while to see a repiratory physiologist.
