Hey Sandra,
Without examing you myself, I would say that it is weak gluteus medius weakness causing the right hip/pelvis to drop, needs strengthen. Excess left hip hike is more than like a tight psoas muscle, which might be compensatory to the right-sided hip drop. I would be leaning towards a pelvis problem as the underlying cause. I read your previous post about the medial knee pain; all these problems could be link to the back.
I would recommend stretching the right psoas, and doing right glut strengthening including one leg squats etc.
Good Luck

First point is does this affect your running and does an intervention need to be implemented to overcome this? If not then probably nothing to worry about.
Does the left hip hike occur at the same point of right hip drop? While running there is small hip hike which is natural.
