Question:
Chafing for more than one hour run.
Hi, whenever I run more than one hour, my right armpit will start to pain due to chafing. If I run longer than 1 and a half hour, my left armpit chafing will starts. Does it has something to do with the shirt I am wearing or the way I run? Thanx.

I'm not sure if it is your shirt or running style it might although it could be. Best thing to use though which might help is a little bit of vaseline on the areas that get affected before you head out to run should help.

Probably the shirt...specifically, the seams. Some of the new technical gear are seamless. You may want to try a bit og vaseline as well.
Grumpy..

Thanx for the help. I guess I'll try out vaseline. The shirt is a new shirt.

A little "fancier" option to vaseline is 'Chamois Butter', which is also very effective. Lots of cyclists use this and it works like a charm.

I suggest to change to cotton shirts and if it persists use some vaseline on your armpits ....
