Unfortunately i don't know of any on-line courses where you can learn to be a sport psychologist but i have read of a sports psychology course in school that is run through 'ICS'.
i'm not to sure if this is what you are looking for, if i'm wrong or have gave you bad info, sorry.
try this site it may help.

I don't know of anything online and would be very wary. If you are after something practical, say for a coach but not to become a sport psychologist, then try sports coach UK. They do short courses/workshops.

If you are after something as an athlete, then I'm not sure how much you would gain from studying the theory. Again, I would suggest seeking out workshops, but geared for athletes.

If you want to become a sport psychologist, then you'll need a degree in psychology or sport science, then a higher degree.
