You can buy sweat transportating socks in most sports shops. Nike, adidas, craft etc. Try to get someone in the shop to advise you !!
Try find 100 percent cotton socks because they soak up more liquid than others
I was a distance runner in high school and for one year I wore regular socks. They are horribly hot in the late spring and summer. I found a special kind of sock through runner's world magazine: Ultimax Ironman Triathlon (thin, short cut). I would recommend them to all runners. They are great at keeping your feet cool in hot weather.
You can buy what are sometimes called trainer inserts, which are socks that barely cover the tarsal region of the foot. Something thin and elstic is optimal such as cotton.
Try find 100 percent cotton socks because they soak up more liquid than others..I hope this is the exact answer in this thread..
