If you look at some the videos I have posted on the site that will give you some ideas.

Have a look at some of the products produced by Lee Taft.

Or Latif Thomas.

The best idea would be to get down your local athletics club and train with the best sprints coach you can find.

Ensure that all drills you institute are done slowly with accurate posture and precise form. High steps (knees as high as possible) fast foot strike (on balls of feet) Low Box Jumps (Two foot, one foot, alternating feet). Strength training can be implemented as young as 12 years of age. Speed will come in time. Form is most important when starting out.

I think the most simple thing to do is to do squat - either with your body only or even better with weights. this will improve your speed as well as your acceleration.
