Question:

Pain in the legs

if a develope pains after 3 months of training in the 100m and 200m training, what is the cause and what solution is available.

To be honest it could be all sorts. As you have not been more specific in what your pain is or where it's located it could be anything... muscle microtrauma, sprain, strain, bruising, knotted and tired muscle fibres...

Ask your coach or a sports therapist to check it out.

Consider a good training program depending of your fitness at the beginning, so you can check and analyze the factor of your injury, perhaps lack of base training or some mistake in technique.
