Question:

Stamina?

I practised sprinting today and in the 100m i could fell myself losing energy at about 80m
In the 200m I was losing stamina with about 50m to go.
What can I do to stop this.

Work more on your endurance, do longer runs (about a mile) and do loads of speed-endurance (10x200m with 30s recovery) that should do it

I agree with above. I did swimming and I swam the 500. Something that really helped me was pacing myself. I might be the last person in the first couple of lengths, but then people slowed down and I would win because I paced myself and never really got tired.
