How/where can i get job in performance analysis?
I am a final year sport science student seeking a future in performance analysis. I am Irish currently considering a post grad in performance analysis but would rather gain experience and gain permanant placement with a team/institute.

Not an answer I'm afraid, but I'm in a similar position in that I'm coming back to my Sports Science degree after a number of years working in other fields and want to get involved in performance analysis. Advice on breaking into this field (voluntary included) would be very welcome.

Try your local sports teams and get experience. Then you can apply for positions at the high performance centres around the country.
If this doesn't float your boat then get a persoanl training qualification and become self employed. This is all about perforance prescription and analysis.
You could also consider a job in research. I recently did a number of studies as a research assistan looking at the effcts of various substances on endurance performance. It was cool but a lot of written work :(
