taking some kilos 1-2 thenn strength power and then the exercises 4 legs?so illget the results that i want?do u know any members who can help me to become an active pro boxer?or something like that?

You need to get accustomed to lifting heavy weights so certainly build it up. If you don't you are certain to get injured... then you won't be training at all.

Start of with 2 exercises per body part, 2 sets of 12 repetitions and then :-

after 4-6 weeks increase to 3 exercises per body part.

then 6 weeks after increase to 3 sets of 12

then increase weight

Then increase weight and drop to 3 sets of 8-10 reps

after so long you will be lifting heavier weights.

JUST REMEMBER TO HAVE A FRIEND TO WATCH YOU LIFT!

I don't know any pro fighters on here, but I am sure there will be some sort of combat sport near where you live.
