Training Program??
I am a coach and wanting to know where I can download a training diary to keep for my athletes so I can look back on and see the improvements. Thanks! ps and tests which I can also carry out.

Hi there, i type and print off my own logs acutally. Its quite simple have about 6 columns and your rows are whatever u want to measure and review. bodyfat, VO2 max, lung capacity... etc You get the drift.
As for which tests to carry out depends on what your athlete's discipline is and what they need to improve. ie If they are a javelin thrower you would keep log of things like their bodyweight, 1Rep Max for things like deadlift, bench press, and squat.
A distance runner would measure things like VO2 max, lactate threshold, 400 metre time or 1 mile time etc etc... You will learn all this as your coaching career continues.
