Question:
How much energy to have
I am a 17 year old wanna-be triathlete wanting to perform at my best potential. I do about 10-12 hours of training a week, which includes weights training, running, walking, swimming and cycling. I have had a lot of problems trying to get the right balance of energy. What is a typical amount of energy an active person like me should be eating. I am only 152cm tall and weight 48 kilos, with a good ratio of lean muscle mass

There are many ways of calculating this. It will depend massively on your training volume. Very roughly you will be burning around 1800kcals at your base level, so before you take into account all the exercise you do. If you are serious about your training then it might be a good idea to log your food and weight for a period and re-assess.

If you dont mind, what is your blood group?
I ask coz, not all exercises are suitable for all blood types and could be detrimental to your health...
