Question:
How to get better on the bike
I want to do Triathlons, but that involves being good on the bike. but I haven't rode a bike for years. What are the best ways for me to get better on the bike, so I am to be able to cut time and increase speed later down the track.

Nows the time to practice, practice practice. See if you use your bike as your only mode of transport for some time, you will get to know the problems that you will face as a cyclist. Soon cycling would become like a second nature. Since it is harder to get time for specific training, incorporating that training activity in your daily life will save time and improve your skill. So get on your bike NOW :)
Hope this helps

Consider technique firstly. I have some problems with the bike since I do not find the best position due to subsequent Pose running. Check in the web:

Also, everyone is confused with crank lenght, including me, so I will order the "Training for cyclists" in this web to have a good basis for.
