 <title>Getting over an upper hamstring tear.</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I got the tear playing tennis in November.  It doesn&#039;t hurt a great deal but comes back after a bit of tennis.  I&#039;m trying stretching and walking but otherwise doing nothing for three weeks.&lt;/p&gt;
