 <title>How much running is too much?</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;For a 60 year old, is ruuning 6 days a week too much. Up to last year I was doing it ok but since this year I had to reduced it to 3 or 4 dys becuase I am feeling very tired. Can someobody advised?&lt;/p&gt;
