 <title>How can I build muscle mass?</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I go to the gym two or three times a week and work out using weights, mainly working on my biceps and triceps.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I flex these muscles they look quite large, but are practically invisible when I relax.  How can I make my arms look more muscular without having to flex them?&lt;/p&gt;
