 <title>Spartan 300 Workout</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I did this yesterday and it took me 24:26 minutes.  Anyone gone better? I believe the best time during the filming was by the Zurkzees actor at 18 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
It would be good to compare times.  Rgds&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Half Marathon, full effort</title>
