Question:
Vegans...?
To the vegan athletes and to well research types :), what does a day of food hold for you (the vegans)? Or what might it hold (for the well researched types)? When I say what the day holds, I mean like foodwise... eg.
Breakfast: 1 cup muesli, 1 apple, 1 cup soymilk
Snack: no fat tub of yogurt
Lunch: 1/2cup of fry's vegetarian felafel balls, half a tomato, 2 slices whole wheat bread.... etc
But please as well include your activity level, like the length of time you run, cycle, swim, fence, play badminton etc...

I think 1/2cup of fry's vegetarian felafel balls is not enough...Atleast you must require 3/4..
