What are two support networks for sport stress in adolescence?

i have to do an assignment on stress and i chose to do it as stress from sports in adolescence. for this, i need to find two support networks and answer the following:
are the adequate?
are they accessible?
and do they work?
i have been looking all over the net and i can only find "how to be a phsycologist for adolescence" and now "about psychology for adolescence"
if you can help me out, that would be awesome!
