Hello aussie_all_the_way_,
1) First I would ask you are you just beginning an exercise regiment or are you performing a new regiment?
2) How soon are you experiencing your pain and where your aches are after a training session, racing, or playing?
3) I would then try to assess whether or not you are over training.
4) Access you body for tight restricted muscles and weak inhibited muscles.
Other than that you may be a person who train, race, and play hard and in any of those cases our muscles develop micro tears these muscles repair themselves in the day after exercise.
Allow some time for your muscles to recover 1-2 or 3 days. Recovery time is just as important maybe more important that our training and exercise regiment.
After saying all those things make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and taking in adequate nutrition and supplements.
I wish you well in your pursuit of wellness.

Tiger balm...it the future!!
thnx guys i also found that soaking your muscles in lectric soda (not electric, lectric) really helps too!
another thing i found EXTREMELY helpful, is having a shower and alternating between hot and cold temperatures every 30 seconds!
cold bath! Horrifying it sounds, but you get in with no water and let the water trickle in and yes cold but have a warm room and you get used to it,honest!
