what do u need a diet specific to.boxing or bodybuilding or both.
your nutrition for bodybuilding should focus on breakfast,lunch & supper focusing on good quality protein,complex carbs and unsaturated fats.also veg to make sure you are getting in enough essential vitamins and minerals.then importantly pre & post workout nutrition.a protein shake consisting of 20-25grams protein,5-10grams glutamine,5grams creatine and 5-10grams bcaa's should be taken 45-60mins before training and again immeadiatly after training,only this time add 50grams of simplex carbs eg:vitargo.

lastly you could follow a similar diet for boxing as you would need to do some form of weight training at least 3times per week.
