What is a good 1500m training program?

Question:

What is a good 1500m training program?

I am 17 years old, and the other day ran 1500m in 6 minutes (on a spongy grass track). I have done no objective training as such - just free runs for 30 minutes twice a week (for about 6 months). I have 13 weeks before inter school athletics, and would really like to develop a sub four min time but understand this may not be possible. Also I live on a mountain so anything that incorporates hill training would be no problems.
