what kind of an anaerobic exercise cani do in my room?
i really like working out in my own room and have been able to build quiet nicely however i have a problem with my height and want to know of some good anaerobic exercise that i can do in my room!





































There are quite a few bodyweight type exercises you can do to create an anaerobic effect.
One of my favourites are Burpees. If you're not familiar with these here is the description: for this exercise, start in a standing position. From here, jump up (reach overhead if you have the space), when you land, immediately go into a push up by placing your hands on the floor and kicking your legs back. As you come up from the push up, immediately go back into the same kind of jump you started the exercise with by bringing your feet underneath your body and then jumping up. This is a full body exercise that can be quite anaerobic with enough volume.
If you are also short on time, you could try a Tabata protocol. This protocol involves 20 seconds of high intensity exercise with 10 seconds of rest/recovery between bouts for a total of 4 minutes (8 bouts total). Try these with the Burpees and you'll definitely be breathing hard.

I do not agree with dchengkalath. Burpees are a primarily aerobic exercise.http://www.dragondoor.com/articler/mode2/Workouts has a couple exercises that are anaerobic in nature.
