I'm surprised you cannot find a bodybuilders diet on the internet!
Typically a bodybuilder will buy into the reasoning that one must eat a 'meat' protein source with every meal, apart from breakfast and post workout. They will consume food every 2-3 hours.
You can be imaginative as you like and add vegetables as you wish but essentially,
1 - Oats + Whey + nuts
2 - Chicken + rice
3 - tuna and sweet potato
4 - whey + dextrose
5 - chicken and rice
6 - salmon and sweet potato
7 - whey or casein powder.
Hope that helps.
