Unfortunately, with the limited amount of information you've given it would be very difficult to say what would be the most effective training because it would depend on what your main goals are along with your base level of fitness/conditioning.

If you're looking for overall conditioning there are many combinations of exercises you could do that would give you an effective strength and cardiovascular workout at the same time.

Some of the ones that come to mind would be the following:

1. squat, curl, presses
2. Push up with row (renegade rows)
3. Overhead walking lunges
4. Split squats with curl, press
5. dumbbell snatches
6. Turkish Get Ups

These are only a few of the exercise movements you could do.

Whats a turkish get-up???

turkish get up is when you hold the weight with two hands and try to get up from lying down using your abdominals and glutes.

also try high reps
