I personally don't think this is incorrect, as sweating is determined by how well hydrated you are, and if you have the right amount of fluid and salts in your system (and therefore dont sweat much)you can still have a great workout - also if you havent drank water for the past two days and it is a hot day you will sweat just walking down the street

when u do a bellow moderate work and swet, its not a healthy phynomena and to prevent this you just need to warm up your body and maintain that pase, then your effeciancy will increase.
after a moderat work if you swet it depends on hyderating body.
eveen after a heavy exercise if u are not sweatting it just reflect an inncorrection in ur flueid balance in body, better maintane water and salt balance.

well believe it or not there a yes or answer to this one...
sweating occurs when your body is eating up alot of energy(calories) and its the bodys way of cooling down. some people do sweat more by drinking more water, and some less because there dehydrated.
I could be in a sauna sweating my butt off and yet its not an effective workout at all, nothing in your body SHOULD be sore, and if there is...Uh-oh.
Then again, swimming an excellent full-body workout never causes anyone to sweat but yet is a Very effective workout.
This shows that when you sweat, it simply is your bodys way of cooling down;all be it environment, thyroid problems, or exercise. By all means sweating is great for the body but the fact is sweat does not grade the effectiveness of a workout. Case closed.

It depends on the person. Everyone's body is different. Sometimes I sweat when I run, others I do not. I also do not really sweat when I lift weights. I sweat less than most people, in my case sweat does not determine the quality of the workout, but it my for others.

Sweating is just a way of the body to cool itself. Everybody has differnet sewat rates.

Sweating does not determine if it is a good workout or not. Sweating is the body's mechanism for cooling the core body temperature down. Everybody sweats at a different rate as everybody's metabolism works at different rates. Some people are able to cope with heat better than others, therefore some people sweat more than others.

As many people have suggested sweating is individualistic, whereby individuals with developed thermoregulation and cardiovascular fitness tending to have greater sweat efficiency, producing a constant thin layer of body fluid improving heat dissapation, as opposed to sweat with a greater 'beaded' appearance, which is less efficient in dissapating heat.

Also, you do actually sweat during swimming, you just dont realise it.

Sweating is different for everyone. We might do the same workout, but I might sweat more. It doesn't mean you didn't work hard or anything. I don't think sweating determines a good workout. When you look at it as a physical level, did you feel you were getting stronger, did you do what you could, what do I need to do? Don't worry about sweating, it can actually affect how you work out.
