Are there any serving or ex serving force personnel out there. I am in the british Army currently serving in SHAPE. Does anyone fancy a fitness challenge. We could set up a cct and compare reps and/or times on a blog. Should be fun, anyone interested??
I was thinking about bodyweight exercises/routines; pullups, dips, press ups and things like this. Anyone????

hi there, im a trainer and fitness enthusiast. i would write a programme with u for people to try out. what is CCT ?? i'm guessing that its circuit training ??
Exercises would have to be body weight exercises as obviously we cannot assume what equipment other people have.
why dont we do level 1: upper, mid section, legs
e.g. tricep press ups, V crunches, star jumps then again upper, mid, legs.... for say 4 exercises each body region (12 overall)
then level 2 could be the same but superset
e.g. tricep dips then dolphin dips, V crunches then bike kicks, squats then burpees so on and so forth...
level 3 is a 'tonne up circuit'
10 press ups, then 10 press ups 9 crunches, then 10 press ups 9 crunches 8 lunges..... so on.
lemme know what ya think and maybe we can sort summit out. i need to get back into some training since my accident :( so ill have a go myself
