Recovering from a knee arthroscopy
This my first blog post and the reason I am writing this is to share my experiences of recovering from a knee arthoscopy. I am 19 years old and have competed at a national level in Triathlon. However, for the past 19 months pain has emerged in my left knee every time I run regardless of intensity.
