Hi there to the user who posted a question for me...I accidentally deleted your post! Sorry!

I have been using Clen combined with the ECA Stack for 6 or so years on and off, when I need to cut or lose weight.
I have always had spectacular results. Never really felt the need to go over 1.0mg.
The side effects are similar to that of Ephedrine. Tremors, Stomach cramps in my case anyway (drinking water sorted that out!) Headaches some of the time. These only happen in the first few days then taper
off to just feeling very alert.

I generally tend to lose 3-4 kgs a week and in total over a cycle 6 weeks... 10kg....if needed. Two weeks on Clen, Two Weeks Off on ECA then two weeks back on Tapering off with a week of ECA, After that I will not do another cycle for at least two months.

Just so you know my diet is very clean, I carb load during the clen phase as it works better imo when you do. I use ECA on the two week off cycle. I have never used T3 or any derivatives.
If you want more info please ask. I feel is a a mostly very misunderstood drug, and very much abused drug too. Who knows what the long term effects are, but so far in my case I am fit healthy and very happy... no heart problems as I do get checked out very regularly.

I've been reading about ketotifen in Anabolics book and how it allows to upregulate beta-2 receptors and allows continious usage of clen instead of on and off. Then I also found out from some posts that benadryl also does that too.

I'm looking to find out what's the best of the two? Ketotifen is fairly inexpensive but so is benadryl. According to the anabolics book however ketotifen's sides are dry mouth, appetite stimulation and drowsiness. What about benadryl? I haven't been able to find good posts about it. Is it equally efficient with less sides?

i have also modified my diet to a more ketogenic one BUT i havent noticed any major change. other than the side effects.Cramps being the most compelling.the next is a fine tremor.

Hey guys im interested in finding out information about Clenbuterol, such as how its used how it works and so on. Anyone want to fill me in or got a good link that will brief me on it. I haven't read anything on it in quite some time.

Clenbuterol (often referred to simply as 'Clen') is not a steroid, but a Beta 2 Sympathomitetic and central nervous system (CNS) stimulant. It is a specific agonist, stimulating the adrenergic beta 2 receptors. It is used in certain countries in a medical sense as a bronchodilator in the treatment of asthma, though not in the UK and USA, mainly due to its long half life.

Ephedrine (EPH) is a

Ephedrine (EPH) is a sympathomimetic amine commonly used as a stimulant, appetite suppressant, concentration aid, decongestant, and to treat hypotension associated with anaesthesia. Ephedrine is similar in structure to the synthetic derivatives amphetamine and methamphetamine. Chemically, it is an alkaloid derived from various plants in the genus Ephedra (family Ephedraceae). It is most usually marketed in the hydrochloride and sulfate forms.

The ECA stack is a drug

The ECA stack is a drug combination used as a stimulant and in weight loss. ECA is an acronym for ephedrine, caffeine, and Aspirin.

I first learned about the

I first learned about the ECA stack back in the early 90's through an issue of MuscleMedia 2000. The article argued that a supplement could be made "dirt cheap" that was much more effective at burning fat than anything on the market. Few if any supplement companies were marketing an ECA supplement at the time--most "fat burners" being sold were fairly useless. The magazine provided the ECA formula, which research had demonstrated to be very effective. I tried it, and it worked--it greatly reduced my appetite, and I had plenty of energy to get through a diet.

What is Ephedrine, Ephedra

What is Ephedrine, Ephedra and Ma Huang?

These terms are used to refer to the same substance derived from the plant Ephedra. (There are many common names for these evergreen plants, including squaw tea and Mormon tea.) Ephedra is a shrub-like plant that is found in desert regions in central Asia and other parts of the world. The dried greens of the plant are used medicinally. Ephedra is a stimulant containing the herbal form of ephedrine, an FDA-regulated drug found in over-the-counter asthma medications.

Aren't you worried about the

Aren't you worried about the possible risk of addiction? I am not sure about Clen but I know about Ephedra and I think that makes the drug questionable. If you know there is the risk of abuse for the drug you shouldn't recommend it because people may be weaker than you and feel the need for more than 1.0 mg.
