Does anyone use a training system known as 'crossfit' training? I have come across these sites when searching for extreme conditioning and strength training routines. Looking at some of the videos of people training this way it looks like an excellent challenge with some difficult exercises. I have copied a few routines and tried what i thought was an easy workout, boy was i wrong. I thought i was fit but compared to these guys who use moderate to heavy weight for reps, i was wrong. Does anyone do this type of training or n
know of any good routines for crossfit?
