My daily supplements
i use a glucosomine tablet for joint health and a multivitamin and mineral tablet every morning. I take a whey protein drink twice a day, prior and post workouts. And i also use a pre training energy drink that contains nitric oxide, maltodextrin and creatine. I must say over the past 3 months my fitness has rocketed. Regards
