If you don't think that the diet you are going to try is something you are going to do for the rest of your life...then don't even bother trying it at all.
there are special circumstances of course, like a bodybuilder dieting for a contest or changing your diet for an upcoming event, but in most cases dieting is the wrong way to go.
There are two things that you need to realize: 1. when you are ready to commit yourself you are not just dieting or exercising, you are starting a new lifestyle
2. lifestyle changes are not easy, so take it one day at a time.
this is advice that i had received from a good friend at the gym, so pass it on and give me your thoughts.
