Any of you familiar with my work will be aware of my huge advocacy of Omega 3s. However, one thing that we never discuss in too much detail is the specific source of those Omega 3s. Yes, they come from fish but the fish family is a hell of a large one!
Many experts argue that the best source of fish oil doesn't come from "fish" at all, but from Krill, tiny little creatures that bobble along at the bottom of the deepest oceans.
