Lean muscle/diet and training plan

I currently train and diet my ass off to little/no avail.

Both my diet and training plans are tailored to my weight/metabolic rates but i dont really look like i train. (Available for viewing/analysis)

I have been training this serious for over 3 years where i have stuck to plans, had my diet as best as i could get it and i either gain water or loose muscle.

Height - 6.00
Weight - 92KG
Bodyfat - 7.54% (this will now be a little higher due to dietary needs)

I train as hard as i can but i just seem to be crawling along despite my efforts.

Please, Please help!!
