Hello Sports Fans,
I'm going to the vet's tomorrow for my second eye operation so I won't be allowed to run for two weeks. Typically, my trainer has made me work extra hard recently to compensate for my period of rest. He had me out doing 11 miles in high humidity this morning and that's no joke with fur like mine.

Do you remember last time I said that I was going to be doing altitude training. Well, apparently I mis-heard, it was attitude training. Just because I prefer sitting in a hot tub to a bath of freezing cold water.
