My favorite exercise program.

  • Incline bench press
  • Bent-over row
  • Military press
  • Barbell Shrugs
  • One-arm dumbbell curl
  • Barbell triceps extension
  • Leg extension
  • Barbell squat
  • Exercise ball sit-up

But my favorite exercise is the "Seated shoulder press", I never include it in the program, but normally do it 3-4 times pr. week:

seemsa bit boring, is it the

seemsa bit boring, is it the same old 3 sets of ten etc....try mixing it up a bit and doing exercises that are challenging and focus on all over body and core functional movements. Squat to press, burpee pullups, deadlift to upright row. Ok i will agree you cant use as much weight but you dont need to. I would also have to say pullups (overhand) should form the basic back exercise of any workout. Rgds
