My new diet: safe or dangerous
Ok so I saw these pretty fit guys that were once fat and rediculously unfit. so I studied and servade what they all did most in common and combined all their fitness techniques together. this is what I came up with.
cardio exercise over 40 mins/prison squats before breakfast.
whey protein and water.
1cup of egg whites with a normal serving of grits.
more whey protein fruit and water
work out 1 or 2 body parts.
cardio exercise over 40 mins/prison squats.
lunch less carbs and chiken until theres no more room,
whey and fruit/water.
dinner no carbs at all. just a lot of meat again.
vitamines and so forth water and whey.
the end.
so if you see any errors that should be changed in this diet or wonder what supplements Im taking then write in comments. any sugestion are good I might kill my self but its exciting.

How can you expect your
How can you expect your performance to improve if you diet dosent have enough carbs? Also as you sleep your body becomes depleted of energy! So the fist thing you do is deplete it further! If the body dosent have any glycogen (carbs) to call upon it will break down protein (muscle. Breakfast simply means Breaking - Fast!
Your diet may be the right answer for a quick fix, but long term fitness/sports progression is not considered. And a quick fix will not help with long term weightloss or increased performance!
