Post pregnancy
This re-introduction can be slowly undertaken shortly after the birth of your child. This doesn’t mean doing physical sport after one week. It's first of all to reacquaint yourself with your body. We often confuse the functional changes with aesthetic ones. A return to physical activity won’t be allowed for 3 months, if all goes as well as possible. You have to listen your body, to center, to rebalance the hips, the column, the core. Exercises from the 1st week to the 8th will be customized while following your progress, your difficulties and give you back confidence in your body.
It's a long time commitment which will provide many benefits and results as well as help avoid many problems later. The majority of women say it takes them about a year to regain pre pregnancy health and fitness.
