Hi Team, Living in the middle east is harsh at the best of times, but as the summer kicks in the temp during the day is always over 40c and sometimes 50c, Its hot.
Our training can only be done during the very early hours of the day eg 2am to 8am,
for cycling and running, you either adapt or your 10k run or a 2hr ride will be come your worst nightmere.
