A graduate of Sports Science, I have spent my working life in the fitness industry. I have worked as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Manager and a Gym Manager. I have had work published in various fitness and wellbeing publications and have worked as an advisor to various groups.
In my career I have trained a huge variety of clients, ranging from Doctor referral to professional athletes from a whole variety of sports. I don't subscribe fully to one training system, preferring to take the best elements from many and combining them to form a progressive, varied programme designed around the client and their goals.
My own training is a mixture of high-intensity resistance work, interval training for cardio and stretching sessions for flexibilty and injury prevention.
