When we set up the new PP Online site, one of our biggest aims was to create a place where anyone with a passion for sport could share their opinions and experiences. You're the people who are out there, week in week out, training and competing, and we know that you will have stories to tell about your sport... or perhaps you want the chance to talk about sporting issues.
As a member of PP Online, you can automatically have your own blog. Just in case you don't know, a blog is a kind of online journal that gives anyone in the world the opportunity to instantly publish their writing. You could think of it as like having your own newspaper column, where you can write about whatever you like. Readers can leave comments and respond to what you've written.
As PP Online attracts half a million visitors a month, having a blog on our site gives you an instant advantage if you want readers. And the PP Team will read all of the blogs and promote the best ones to our massive community. If you're a coach or a trainer, it's a great way to get your name known.
Best wishes

England are lost!
The simplified reasons why English football will never succeed on the global stage.
I am a FA Level 2 coach based in North-East England, I have a degree in sports psychology and will be doing my UEFA B course in 2008.
I watched Arsenal against Newcastle and Middlesbrough recently live at the games. I am a bias fan towards Arsenal however, even the most bias fan cannot deny that Arsenal at times play breathtaking football.
Even the most envious fans wont argue that the players in the Arsenal team are all world class performers. So why did they lose to Middlesbrough?
Very simply explained by Gareth Southgate(Middlebrough Manager) his version explained that we got stuck in to them!
Look at the number of English players in the Arsenal team, on sunday 0 started 1 came on. There is no denying that Middlesbrough have good players but how many of them would get in the Arsenal team? None of them.
However, if the referee Howard Webb had applied the rules to the game on subday it would have been a very different scoreline. But players of lesser quality are very hard pushed to stop superior players legally. But if they are allowed to continually kick and foul the players and are not penalised they wont stop doing it. The referee allowed Middlesbrough players to foul Arsenal players whenever they got the ball. Mike Dean (referee) was the man chosen to allow Newcastle players Barton, Smith and others to kick Arsenal players all night on the previous wednesday.
I am bitter about this from two fronts 1 as an Arsenal fan, 2 as a coach.
From a coaching point the problem is simple Middlebrough and Newcatle took points off Arsenal that in itself is suprising but how did they do it. Strong arm tactics (fouling) that is the only way the players they have are of far less quality than that of Arsenal. If the refree applied the rules Arsenal would have won, they would have been able to play football and destroy Middlesbrough and Newcastle like they have done on many occasions before. The two referee's were very poor that was no great suprise but it verged on cheating.
The Arsenal players are foreign, and should of had Eboue sent off but they are a fantastic team.
They are top of the best league in the world.
The England team is full of quality players, but they go out like thugs jumping into challenges like nutters. There are some with fantastic talent i dont like him but Rooney, and Gerrard and Beckham. So why do they players like Hargreaves (the most over-rated player in Britain) play like a thug.
Just incase you are unaware we didnt qualify for EURO 2008. Why not? Very simplly we are not as good as the foreign players. In international games the strong arm tactics dont work. Croatia destroyed England, they scored three goals of top quality. They beat us home and away. It wasnt luck they have better players. Why? There players play football the rules are applied and they win. So simple, i fully understand the perspective from lesser teams I really do but it is not fair. Next time you watch football try if possible to look at the quality of the players on show and how they play. If the quality doesnt shine through ask yourself why that is.
Grand Slam Sunday
If you dont believe me let me know and waych Grand Slam sunday watch the top 4 English teams play some brilliant football.
