I have a knee problem called Oscozlatus which is a swelling and it really hurts after I play sports. I sometimes cannot even walk up the stairs. Is there any way I can keep the pain down.

He ran track best mile time of 5:55 and ran cross country, best time of 20: 40 for a 5k. He is lean, but not skinny or fat. He is a decent sprinter, but can not jump high.
