1) What is Peak Performance?

Peak Performance is a subscription-only newsletter for endurance athletes, featuring the latest research from the sports science world. We cover the whole range of sports, from running and rowing to cycling and swimming, and each issue is packed full of exclusive information for anyone who’s serious about sport. It’s published 12 times a year by Green Star Media Ltd. Peak Performance is not available in the shops – only our subscribers are able to access the valuable information we publish. Peak Performance is only sent via email in PDF format.

2) How can I trust the information you publish?

Through Peak Performance, we have been offering indispensable advice to athletes and coaches for over 16 years. Our writers are leading authorities in the fields of sports science, health, and fitness. Furthermore, we do not sell advertising space in our newsletters because we are committed to providing authoritative and independent information free from editorial bias. 3) How do I subscribe to Peak Performance Online?

Just click on this link and follow the simple instructions. You’ll need to provide your credit/debit card details, or pay via PayPal, along with your name, address and email address. 4) What is Worldpay and how does it work?

Worldpay is the world’s leading online payment service. When you subscribe to Peak Performance via our online order form, your card details are submitted securely via Worldpay, or PayPal and we receive the details your subscription order. We will send you an email confirming your subscription and also email an order receipt. Our subscription terms and conditions are provided on the online order form, order receipt and with each issue that we send you.

Any transactions processed by us will appear on your bank or credit card statement, or your PayPal account with the exact description of Green Star Media Ltd next to it.

5) What payment cards do we accept?

Green Star Media accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Electron, American Express and Delta.

6) I don’t want to pay by credit or debit card. What should I do?

If you do not wish to use a card payment, then we do also offer PayPal on our online order forms. Please feel free to place a telephone order by calling

7) Will you sell or give my email address to anyone else?

NO. We never sell or pass on our customers’ details, including email addresses, to any third parties.

8) I received an email newsletter from Peak Performance but have not subscribed. What’s going on?

As well as our subscription-only newsletter, we also publish a free email newsletter called Peak Performance Lite. This is sent to people who have asked to be included on our mailing list after visiting Peak Performance or one of our affiliate sites. Peak Performance Lite contains free information and is sent out weekly. Recipients of Peak Performance Lite are under no obligation to purchase a subscription to Peak Performance – but you’ll need to subscribe if you want the competitive edge Peak Performance gives its paying subscribers.

9) How can I unsubscribe from Peak Performance and other Peak Performance emails?

You’ll find a link at the bottom of any of our marketing, or free newsletter emails allowing you to automatically and immediately unsubscribe via our preference centre. Alternatively, you can send an email with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject line to the address shown at the foot of the email, but please note that it may take a few days to process requests made through this route. Please note that this process would not cancel, or stop a paid subscription to Peak Performance.

10) Is this publication available internationally?

Yes. If you have access to the internet, you can read Peak Performance. When you subscribe online your first issue is sent straight away direct to your email address.  Then we send a new issue to you every month. At the moment, Peak Performance is only published in English. Peak Performance is not available in print.

11) Can I advertise on your sites?

12) Can we swap links?

13) Can I use information from your articles on my own site?

Please do not use extracts from our articles, books, or Peak Performance subscription issues without permission. None of our information should be added to a website, or a social media page. However, we are happy to consider requests. Please email customerservices@greenstarmedia.net with as much information as possible.

14) Can I submit an article for publication in Peak Performance.

If you would like to submit an article to Peak Performance, please send a brief synopsis, contained within the body of your email – not as an attachment – to customerservices@greenstarmedia.net - Our editors will contact you if we are interested.

16) Can I offer your free newsletter to users of my site?

Peak Performance can provide your site visitors with free regular training tips and important discoveries in sports science that are guaranteed to increase their strength speed and stamina. Subscribers' FAQs

1) I subscribed to Peak Performance online but I haven’t received anything since. How do I access my subscription?

You can access Peak Performance as soon as you subscribe - Once you submit your subscription order we send that latest issue to you via email. If you do not receive your welcome email or a new issue on the last Tuesday of each month, then please email customerservices@greenstarmedia.net and put 'missing issues' in the subject line. Or please call +44 (0) 1483 892894.

All issues and special reports are sent as PDF files, so you will need Adobe Reader to download and save to your PC.

2) How will I know when the latest issue has been published?

Each new issue of Peak Performance is sent to you via email on the last Tuesday of each month from this email address - andrew.hamilton@pponline.co.uk - please add this email address to your contacts/allowed list.

3) What if I don’t have Adobe Reader installed on my PC?

Adobe Reader is a free piece of software that can be downloaded from the Adobe website:

4) What if I use a Mac?

No problem. Mac users can also download and read Peak Performance, as long as you have a PDF reader and access to the internet. Adobe Reader is compatible with Macs running OS 7.5.3 or above. Mac OS X users can also use Preview, which is pre-installed along with Mac OS X and will open PDF files automatically.

5) I have forgotten my username and/or password. What do I do?

You can ask for an email containing your password from the login area of the members page. If this doesn't work then please send an email to customerservices@greenstarmedia.net and we will get back to you with the details you need. Or call +44 (0) 1483 892894.

6) Do you publish any other newsletters and how do I subscribe?

Peak Performance is published monthly and is only sent via email - so you will receive 12 issues in a year.

11) How do I cancel my subscription?

We require an email to customerservices@greenstarmedia.net to cancel a subscription.

It is possible that you may have a recurring payment agreement via Worldpay or PayPal. In addition to sending Green Star Media and email you will need to log in to Worldpay with your user name and password to cancel your recurring agreement. The same applies to PayPal, once you email us to cancel, please access your PayPal account immediately and cancel the recurring payment process you have created to make renewal payments to Green Star Media. Go to settings/payments/pre-approved payments. This will ensure that no further payments can be collected.

Failure to cancel your PayPal profile, or a WordPay agreement before your subscription ends will mean PayPal/WorldPay will charge you again. If this does happen, we will be unable to refund the charges.

12) How can I obtain a receipt?
