Muscle pain after vigorous exercise is normal, even for well-conditioned athletes. Most people know that stretching before exercise is important, but in addition, stretching after exercise can be equally important to relieve muscle pain. There have been a number of studies that show effective treatment of back pain by chiropractors. However, not all causes of back pain should be treated by a chiropractor. There are some conditions that should be identified and treated by an M.D. rather than a chiropractor. Most cases of back pain can be effectively treated by a chiropractor.

Having read an absolute mountain of research on the spine/core/trunk (just about everything by McGill/Cholewicki)or whatever you want to name it, for my dissertation I highly doubt that any book is going to cause back to be eradicated.
The problem is not a lack of education it's the fact that we are the most sedate our species has ever been, leading to the bodies natural way of moving to go from functional to dysfunctional and distorting the length-tension relationships of the stabilisers of the spine.
The only way to eradicate back pain is to restore length-tension relationships, restore proper muscle function, improve posture and move correctly.
