I did not realise just how important core strength was to prevent injury, until I upped my running and exercise and twisted my pelvis. I just wanted to say to anyone out there who doesnt think its important like I used to... it really is. I would do anything to turn back the clock and get into pilates.

Dont make the same mistake as me... i havnt been able to exercise for months. BEWARE!!!!
