If there are any training cyclist's, runners, swimmers (triathletes) in the Faversham area of East Kent, looking for training company, I would be interested as I train alone at the moment and motivation is a bit low. Anyone interested? cantact at

Hi Paul,
Welcome to pponline.
This really is a great site and I am sure you will find many useful and relevant articles along with information to help with your motivation.
This is something I also suffer with through not being able to find any suitable like minded training partners in South Wales who like to go for long and hard hill climbing cycling sessions.
Having a wife and 2 young children I also get grief if I go into the outback too far on my own (living only 8 miles from Brecon Beacons National Park)this is not hard to do.
Good luck with your training and your search.
Kindest regards
Simon

Hello there Paul, and welcome.
Hi Paul,
21st Sep '11, 7:37am
good luck with your search for a training partner - are there no clubs near you? Often I think club training is a great way to keep the motivation up (and if say a Tuesday is a club night easier to get away from the house too).

Sorry it's been a while, but thanks to you all who sent a welcome message, hope the training is going well.
