Hi everyone, I know it not the thing to ask on a fittness site but I don`t seem to find any answers anywhere, so here goes....

I play Rugby Union most weekends and I train with weights and I run an average of 20 miles a week, but as you may know that Rugby is also a social sport and after a match its encouraged to do some team bonding.

Which is the best alcoholic drink to have???
I know the answer is none of them, but I like to relax with glass.
I was told that white wine, vodka, gin and other so called white drinks are best for less cals in them, is this ture??
Beer/larger I know is out of the question,damm, lol but what about lite beer?
Red wine or Guinness is surposed to be good for the heart,what about for your fittness and weight watching??

Just for the record, I`m no alcoholic, lol. I just enjoy a drink now and again as most do, I hope. lol
