.I have sent notification to resign membership and have my account no longer charged. Why is there no easy way to do this on the website ? Will you respond to this email please ? I have requested that the most recent charge to my account be refunded.

I either Am or have been a member of the PPONLINE community. I typed in my password incorrectly and can't find another place to try and reenter the info OR even to ask what my password and username are.
