Hi, i'm have problem cashing in my points earned, i email the pp online team about cashing in and have not yet received a response. i would like to use the cash point in conjunction with buying peak perforamance books, how long does it take for the cash in process? Also, how long is the total delivery time from the point of successful payment to the successful delivery to Asia Singapore?
