I injured my hamstring about two months ago. My own fault..... running way too many miles on hills and cambered surfaces. I have had deep pressure massage and with rest time (drove me nuts) it improved. But, as I slowly built up my mileage again, guess what? Here it is AGAIN.
My hamstring is killing me. So, anyone, anywhere, who can give me some advice as to any stretch to try or an exercise to prevent or any trick that will help heal, I would appreciate it.

you mentioned that you built up your milage slowly! how long was this period?? 2 weeks/6weeks/1month etc??
because after you get injured you need to take time off, to allow for your muslce to build it self up again, yes your performance will decrease slightly but it's not worth it losing the ability to train for one little injury!

Pulled my hamstring nearly 3 months ago, have been building up the strength gradually and regular stretching, but it is still not right.
You need to rest again, then build up more slowly, i would also do some leg work at the gym (leg curls , stiff leg deadlifts) and regular stretching (but dont force the stretches)
